An 18,000 m² port warehouse topped out with a C5 corrosion-protection system against marine salt spray.
An 18,000 m² two-span warehouse in a coastal port logistics park has topped out. Less than 2km from the shoreline, the structure is designed for C5-M corrosive environments: hot-dip galvanizing plus epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, with galvanized purlins and girts.
The key to logistics warehouses is doors: to match the racking layout, the loading zone has 14 dock-leveler openings, with door-frame columns reserved at the detailing stage per equipment specs — avoiding the classic after-the-fact cutting and strengthening.
The project finished in 88 days, seven days ahead of contract. We maintain a proven solution library for port logistics projects — ask for a comparable project's bill of materials as a reference.
