Goods arrived 11 weeks after drawing approval, with customs paperwork and mill traceability in one package. We hired a third-party inspector — every weld passed, and on-site assembly needed almost no rework. Phase two (two more warehouses) is already signed.
We asked for a full file: EN 1090 certificate, welder qualifications, MTCs for every steel batch — they delivered everything, nothing chased. Their shop drawings even flagged two nodes our local consultant had missed. First supplier that has ever done that.
After erecting the 40 m crane girder, rail level difference was under 3 mm; both 32 t cranes passed commissioning first try. Delivery was one week ahead of contract, and their erection supervisor stayed on site until handover.
