Project Update: Wide-Span Logistics Warehouse Delivered in the Philippines

Project Updates Xionglan Engineering Team

A 36m column-free interior with typhoon-zone wind design — 132 days from contract to handover.

This logistics warehouse on Luzon island has been handed over: 12,000 m², a 36m column-free main span, and a two-story office mezzanine in the side span.

Sited in a typhoon corridor, the design uses the local 50-year wind pressure, a 360° standing-seam roof, densified purlins and calculated wind connectors at eaves and ridge, plus seismic verification under the local code.

Erection was done by a local crew guided by two Xionglan engineers — main structure up in 41 days. Adding shipping and customs, contract to handover took 132 days in total: steel's answer to schedule, in numbers.
