New Smart Cutting Line: Monthly Capacity Up to 6,500 Tonnes

A plasma-plus-laser line lifts complex-part cutting efficiency by 60%, with cut faces finishing-ready — no rework.

This month our new smart cutting line went live at the Fengxian plant, integrating plasma and laser processes with automatic loading — targeting the bottlenecks in shaped parts and thick plate.

Two direct gains: efficiency — shaped-part cutting up about 60%, with thick-plate (20mm+) cut faces straight to weld-ready standard, eliminating a rework step; and precision — cutting data flows directly from the 3D model, manual lofting is gone, and hole-pattern consistency improved markedly.

Plant capacity is now 6,500 tonnes per month. For clients, that means standard warehouse projects ship about 5 days earlier and peak-season scheduling has more room.
