电梯试验塔对钢结构的精度要求远高于普通厂房：井道是电梯导轨的安装基准，42m 高度范围内垂直度偏差需控制在 8mm 以内。
我们的做法：构件加工阶段按负公差控制焊接变形，井道立柱采用整体热浸镀锌；安装阶段每三层复测一次垂直度，用激光垂准仪校正，累计误差不过夜。
塔体同时承受试验电梯的冲击荷载，所有主要焊缝按一级焊缝 100% 探伤。项目已通过业主验收并投入使用。
特种钢构（试验塔、烟囱、火炬塔）看似体量小，实则是技术密度最高的品类之一，欢迎有此类需求的客户与我们交流。
An elevator test tower demands far higher steel accuracy than ordinary plants: the shaft is the datum for guide-rail installation, and verticality must stay within 8mm over 42 meters.
Our approach: control welding deformation to negative tolerances during fabrication, hot-dip galvanize the shaft columns, and re-survey verticality every three levels during erection with a laser plumb instrument — no accumulated error left overnight.
The tower also takes impact loads from test elevators, so all primary welds are Class 1 with 100% UT. The project has passed acceptance and is in service.
