防腐体系的选择逻辑是「环境等级 × 使用寿命」，两者缺一不可：
热浸镀锌：锌层 85μm 以上，免维护寿命可达 25 年以上，适合檩条、墙梁、栏杆等次要构件，以及海滨、化工区等高腐蚀环境的主结构。缺点是构件尺寸受镀锌槽限制，且高温变形需要控制。
油漆体系：常用环氧富锌底漆 + 环氧云铁中间漆 + 聚氨酯面漆，总膜厚按环境等级 C2–C5 取 120–280μm。优点是不受构件尺寸限制、颜色任意，缺点是需要周期性维护重涂。
组合方案是性价比之选：主结构油漆 + 次构件镀锌，预算分配到最需要的地方。无论哪种体系，请务必在合同里注明涂层体系与膜厚——「普通防腐漆」这种模糊写法是纠纷之源。

Hot-dip galvanizing: with 85μm+ zinc, maintenance-free for 25+ years. Ideal for purlins, girts and rails, and for primary structures in coastal or chemical environments. Limits: member size is bounded by the zinc bath, and heat distortion must be controlled.
Paint systems: typically zinc-rich epoxy primer + epoxy micaceous intermediate + polyurethane topcoat, total dry film 120–280μm per environment class C2–C5. No size limit, any color — but requires scheduled repainting.
The best value is often a combination: paint on primary steel, galvanizing on secondary members, budgeted where it matters. Whichever system, state it in the contract with film thickness — vague wording like "ordinary anti-rust paint" is a dispute waiting to happen.
