本月，雄岚奉贤基地新增的智能切割产线正式投产。产线集成等离子与激光双工艺，配自动上下料系统，重点解决异形件与厚板的切割瓶颈。
两个直接改善：一是效率，异形件切割效率提升约 60%，厚板（20mm 以上）切割断面垂直度直接达到焊接免修磨标准，减少二次加工工序；二是精度，切割数据由三维深化模型直接下发，人工放样环节归零，孔位一致性大幅提升。
产能方面，基地月产能提升至 6,500 吨。对客户最直观的影响：常规仓库类项目生产周期缩短约 5 天，旺季排产更从容。
This month our new smart cutting line went live at the Fengxian plant, integrating plasma and laser processes with automatic loading — targeting the bottlenecks in shaped parts and thick plate.
Two direct gains: efficiency — shaped-part cutting up about 60%, with thick-plate (20mm+) cut faces straight to weld-ready standard, eliminating a rework step; and precision — cutting data flows directly from the 3D model, manual lofting is gone, and hole-pattern consistency improved markedly.
Plant capacity is now 6,500 tonnes per month. For clients, that means standard warehouse projects ship about 5 days earlier and peak-season scheduling has more room.
